I would take Jimmy and Rutter off to avoid them getting clogged, and bring Gelhardt and Joseph on. Give Ampadu a rest and bring Gruev on.

Re: Sub/faaip’s comment, I think Leicester has greater exposure there. Ipswich with Tuanzebe and Luongo as the impacts?
