Shame

Time for Antony and especially Dan James to step up (justify that ludicrous price tag)

He got no protection from Simpson on Wed. He allowed the cloggers from Hull to constantly clog him.

You could see he'd rolled his ankle on weds, hopefully it's not too bad, tbf, I said before, I still don't think his hearts in it, so, give him an extended rest and let others prove their worth, he might just struggle to get straight back in, fingers crossed, then we can flog him in January.

Gnonto, Summerville & Ampadu have all taken a battering in recent games with no protection from the referee.

Look at Rodon after the Millwall/Hull games, he looks like a PANDA!!!

I named that as one of my negatives after the Millwall game - that at this rate it was just a matter of time before he gets injured.

He's just that sort of player who is going to be the victim of late tackles and bully boys.

Nice to see him walking round the pitch with the players at the end, limping heavily with that big boot thing on his foot though.

Norwich City (a)

Good
4 decent passes
2 runs1 shot saved
1 tackle
1 ball recovery
1 assist :fire:

Bad
1 lost possession

Summary
A decent cameo from Willy.

A poor/irrelevant cameo for Gnonto vs Huddersfield.

Provided none of the sparkle the man he replaced had.

Also apparently went straight down the tunnel at full time when all the other players stayed on the pitch.

Yeah, he did.

I hate it when the players don’t come over to us, win, lose or draw.

Wonder if hes still sulking?

He isnt first choice now (through merit tbf to Dan James).

And if you play a right winger, frustrating as he can be James is the obvious choice because that is literally his game, kick and run.

So wonder if Gnonto is struggling to accept that.

Seeing the whole second half performance was poor and irrelevant why do you need to pick up on a player who is two games back from a layoff for a break to a bone in his ankle and damage to a ligament?

Fair point.

Was more annoyed he sodded off down the tunnel

Yes he has been doing that all season. Or at least since he became unsettled.

Compare that to the obvious joy he had when he celebrated with Jimmy when he scored.

Perhaps he has taken to heart the booing and mockery he experienced earlier in the season.

I hope can feel loved again as he is one hell of a player to have around.

Nearly got booked for being on pitch celebrating with Jimmy, came on as sub, then walked straight off down tunnel, petulant bitch, won't bother me if he goes at all as long as we get decent money for him.

Maybe Willy had an issue regarding his recent injury and thought it better to get off the pitch and get some early treatment rather than walk around on it.
Seems like for some people your not allowed to have a bad day, you have to always be smiling and always upbeat. He is young and human, like all young people prone to being a bit of a pain in the arse now and again, give the lad a break.

Yet we have the video of his celebration ....

He's best on the left then centre and right side is his weakest position. And he got a 7.5 from me, thought he looked threatening imo. Some players aren't good subs either..

One of the bests players at the club.. Our best front 4 is Gnonto - Rutter - Summerville, left to right with Piroe the 9...

There was some social media chatter that Farke was asked about Willy disappearing down the tunnel at FT and he said he was busting for a piss. Or words to that effect.

I only caught the second half, but thought he did ok for a player only back from injury. Though he is going to have to play his way back into contention for a starting spot. Which he may not like (I wouldn't expect him to), but it is good for us to have his quality as an option off the bench.
