Wales are scheduled to play some games there in the Euro 2020 (now 2021) Championship. But they might end up playing in Middlesbrough instead.
Yes, where do you think Wales rather play

WestgateRun wrote: ↑Wed Apr 14, 2021 9:21 am I couldn't believe it when I was visiting Austin and had a walk up to look at the college football stadium (Texas Longhorns). It is bigger than the Nou Camp and probably any soccer stadium in the world. For a University team.
An indication of how big the sports market is in the USA.
College sports are huge. Watched a doc about 'March Madness' once, a tournament where the National Collegiate Athletic Association top basketball teams compete. The NCAA receive about $1 Billion in revenue each year from broadcast deals, ticket sales, sponsorship and rights details. There is even an EA Sports game.
The players, get paid nowt! They do however have the chance to sign for an NBA team though.

Unfortunately not one for this season Rich

Hahaha, well I thought I recognised the street layout and also the car park in front of stand on the lower side so add on the red seating.Muppet the Cat wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 4:27 pm Lumi - I thought with a straight overhead 2D image I’d eliminated clues like that, but obviously not to your eagle eye
Great game this. I might borrow a few of these for the online 90s football trivia I do with some English mates.
