If we get Augustin we're in the box seat regarding Adams negotiations, I think they want to sell, I think his heart isn't in it for S'ton. But the second we don't "need" him we'll be able to work a better deal for ourselves

I do want Adams, I see class in spades, for me he's a 10 not a striker. An attacking mid we haven't had since Saiz. I get everyone thinks that that will be Poveda but he's a winger/second striker for me. There's no Saiz/Poveda comparison to be drawn. The latter is qiuckness of feet, movement and burst with directness. The former is intelligence on the ball, vision and subtlety.

And that's Adams for me..

Odds we'll still be looking at Adams if we get Augustin are small but we should still do it if we can make it financially viable for us

Personally id desperately like us to sign an extra cb and another cm/dm as a matter of urgency.

I hate only having two senior cbs (know thats how MB likes it but i really dont like it its insane imo) the thought of Berardi and Cooper for any period of time makes me uneasy.

And Forshaw shouldn't be relied upon, he has been out for so long now for what was meant to be a short injury that imo he should be replaced.

We havent got a senior dm at all with KP suspended and Klich is the only senior cm.

Dallas is not a cm and never will be.

Surely their must be a relatively cheap cm/dm somewhere we could get in?

Mmmm Cooper, that guy who's comfortably one of the best centre backs in the league and was in team of the league last year? Who do you think we are going to be get who's better?

I meant if something happens to Ben White.

I'm not a big Cooper fan, he has to many mistakes in him for me (like most Championship cbs tbf). Has improved though but is no leader.

But we have no cover for White and Cooper.

Berardi at cb i dont like at all and similar to Cooper he will let us down eventually as history tells us.

Id like a 3rd senior cb like normal clubs have.
