Re: Euro/World/International Football - Mourinho sacked??

Jose Mourinho has earned £90m from his seven sackings.

Wouldn't happen in civvy street, you'd be lucky to acquire another managerial position.

Spitter at it again

Luis Suarez has been suspended for six matches after spitting at a Seattle Sounders coach at the end of Inter Miami’s 3-0 defeat in last Sunday’s Leagues Cup final.

Miami teammates Sergio Busquets and Tomas Aviles were also suspended for their part in the altercation, along with Steven Lenhart, a member of the Sounders coaching staff.

Busquets was banned for two matches, Aviles for three and Lenhart for five, all for violent conduct.

The statement said all four had also been fined.

What a second half of football.
Football is 90% mental, the other half is physical.

Unbelievable game, Cussie.

0-0 at half-time, then a goal bonanza from 52 minutes onwards.

And just when Dortmund look like they've got the game won, Juventus hit back with goals in the 94th & 96th minutes...

Some spectacular goals including the one scored by Felix Nmecha.

Bayern Munich vs Chelsea team news4

Chelsea will be without Liam Delap for the match after he suffered a hamstring injury before the international break.

The Blues are also expected to be without Dario Esugo, Romeo Lavia, and Benoit Badiashile. Joao Pedro and Cole Palmer are not thought to be fully fit following the international break and an injury layoff, respectively.

Facundo Bounanotte replaces one of the injured players in the Champions League squad.

Liverpool v Atletico Madrid

Alexander Isak will be included in Liverpool’s matchday squad for the first time in Wednesday’s Champions League fixture versus Atletico Madrid.

The new signing is now ready for game time after almost a week of training at the club.

Visitors Atletico will be without Julian Alvarez, who was forced off during their weekend win over Villarreal, while Johnny Cardoso is absent after he suffered an ankle injury in training on Monday.

Also ruled out for the La Liga outfit are Thiago Almada, Alex Baena and Jose Maria Gimenez.
