Watching Children In Need, entertainment wise it’s poor, but raising a fortune.

Heading home on the train from a charity wine tasting, sounds like pretentious s***e but actually a great nights craic in good company.

Drinking wine has been popular for centuries now so not sure why it's considered pretentious.

Tasting it certainly helps the enjoyment as well :)

Tasting it is certainly better than not tasting it. 😁

Bowls at Hornsea yesterday morning, then a trip to a particular garden centre in the afternoon, as Jill had in mind a couple of xmas presents she wished to purchase. Why she didn't buy them when we were there last week, god only knows, a woman's shopping prerogative I suppose!

Bowls at Middleton at 2pm, the second of my four matches to come this week.

Pay money. Taste wine. Proceeds to charity.
Or Black Tower. Taste that and you’ll definitely want to give it away. Absolute horse piss.

All the proceeds went to our local RNLI charity. We ended up tasting 2 white wines, 3 reds, 2 Icelandic vodkas which I wasn’t expecting and 3 local cheeses and crackers. Never tried Black Tower and on your recommendation I’ll give it a miss 🤢
