Hopefully John McGinn isn't involved against us.

Aarronson I said would be a quality player. But that's why we need another creative midfielder any injury to aaronsson and we're back to square 1

Agreed. Hopefully Sinisterra may be of use in there when fit.

I get the Raph vibes from Aaronson though.
Cracking asset.

To get that out there and sung by so many people is a triumph in its self. Will it make it on to the terraces? I hope so.

Faded 2nd half but was the only bright attacking spark today.

Did well.

Unfortunately Harrison, Bamford and Rodders were crap.

Absolutely a pile of :poo: :poo: :poo: :poo:

I'm not surprised with Rodrigo & Jack, neither of them are consistent performers.

If I showed such inconsistency playing bowls with my game littered with errors, I'd never win any trophies.

To think of the obscene salaries footballers earn, for what? I get nothing but pleasure for the sport I love & perform at a very good level.

Yep, Terrific work for the goal. Others should have come off before him. Aaronson faded 2nd half. Harrison and Rodrigo faded in the 1st minute.

Was shocked when he took Aaronson off

Was more shocked that Harrison and Rodrigo actually finished the match!!!!

Likewise. Would have done Gelhardt or Summerville for Rodrigo at HT. Probably only stayed on because JM was afraid (wrongly IMO) to sub both him and Bamford.

Possibly.

He seems to have a bit of a hard on for Rodrigo, seems to have made him a bit of a pet project.

Captain and lots of "he is a lovely young man" stuff.

Makes you wonder if the board told him he has to make it work, justify his signing etc?

Was disappointed he didn't give Gnonto a shot to.

Maybe he isn't ready but he couldn't have done worse than Harrison or Rodders

Rodrigo seems a similar discussion to Harrison. Can't change too much too soon. I don't think he fits the system but since he has him Jesse has to use him. Key man in the dressing room. I suppose he's useful up front if Bamford is injured. But if Bamford starts, I'd put Rodrigo on the bench.
