We clearly arent going to bother.

Mistake imo even just some loans like Arsenal got Odegaard for example.

Great day today but we are down to the bare bones now, Raph, Rodders, Koch and Llorente.

Its only our Championship squad left and how many of them have little niggles? Raph definitely had strapping on his leg already, we could have 4 or 5 walking a tightrope fitness wise.

Shame we weren't in for Odegaard.

I notice MLS players could be available for short term loans due to the season's suspension. Ezequiel Barco could be that Saiz option we're missing.

I really think we're pushing it not even looking to the loan market. Cooper's had a few injuries already, what happens if him or Struijk are out?

Not quite sure with covid resteictions there is any chance of a loaner.

With the club looking safe from relegation, I'm not sure why they would want to bring in a loanee.

I would have thought injuries might be a good chance to give some of the fringe players blooded. It didn't work out in the Cup, granted, but it's the only way of giving them game time.

Unless there was some great bargain that would be a long term signing, say if de Paul was on the radar, I wouldn't see the need to bring in players for the sake of it.

out of contract in the summer.

also injured now so practically guaranteed to happen.
He's pretty good. Had a wicked cross on him. Picked up a nasty knee (ACL I think) injury which derailed his (and our season). Would've loved to see him back at Villa but we don't have a LB need. Would be a very good pickup for you guys esp on a free

Doesn't look like any business will get done, especially now we're in touching distance of PL safety. No surprises but a part of me had this fantastical romantic notion (not like that!) of seeing De Paul sign for us. Maybe in the summer.

Good to see us get shot of some dead wood, at least.
