Re: Kemar Roofe

Except we finish games the stronger team....not sure how can be tired yet get stronger over 90 minutes. It isn't that simple though, a player can still start tired and his performance could not tail off below the level of others around him, depending on his fitness levels and the type of training h...

Re: Kemar Roofe

It is just so frustrating that our options are being limited by injury( again) instead of having something like a fit roster.

Bamford and Brown will need game time before they find match fitness and that is a lot of pressure to be under.

Re: Championship 18/19 - Bolton v Norwich/Sheff U v Reading

Our rivals all sending out a message to the rest. We are up for this. Leeds have lived on their nerves for most of the season. How many frantic fights for the points while other sides have been able to switch to cruise control? How much nervous energy has been spent already? What have we left in the...

Re: Championship 18/19 - Bolton v Norwich/Sheff U v Reading

Both Norwich and Sheff Utd sending out the right sort of message today.

Two nil up as we speak in both games..

Villa holding the Gayle-less WBA at bay in a very even game.

My bro in law is a Blackpool fan. He hasn't been in years because of Oyston.

He is a happy man tonight.

Two outstanding players out there tonight, possibly 10/10 performances, that's how immense PJ & KP were.

Brilliant to hear that.

Now we have a platform to press our case for top 2.

Harrison having moments is a definite plus after some of his games of late.

Re: Leeds Utd v Swansea City Match Thread

I wasnt in a position to follow the drama tonight so after ignoring my phone, avoiding eye contact with those who I follow Leeds I finally made it home to enjoy the highlights show. Preston provided a pleasing entre and then the lads delivered with a deserved win. Harrison Motm saith the pundits. Me...

Re: Championship 18/19 - WBA v Forest main match tonight

The difference between the two incidents is that Roofe's was a genuine attempt to score legally but it hit his arm which he openly admitted to after the game. Neither the referee or the linesman saw it. Gayle's was a dive in an attempt to con the referee and win a penalty which no doubt he will den...

Re: Championship 18/19 - WBA v Forest main match tonight

Suppose we cant get too stressed about Gayles dive last night, especially when we recall Roofes equalizer against Forest earlier in the season.

That said it would be great to see Gayles retrospective punishment come in the form of a game ban coinciding with their visit to EL....

Re: Championship 18/19 - WBA v Forest main match tonight

Bristol City on a mega run. Coming from behind to win with a last minute pen tonight.

Now they are in the mix.

Thos must be one of the most competitive years ever.

3 points tomorrow would be gold.

A clean sheet would be nice too...

Re: Middlesbrough v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Been looking at some photos of our goal today. I saw it live but the photos seem to add some weight to my worry. Not everyone ran to congratulate Phillips after he scored. Think it was Shackleton. He didn't even look happy Picture 3> https://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/sport/football/leeds-united...

Re: Middlesbrough v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Another one of those tear your hair out ( if you have any ) afternoons. Just back from a walk where I tried to digest what has been happening in this league. Although overall we don't have the strongest pool of players in the league I think that they deserve a lot of credit. We deserve to be where w...
