Re: Who was to blame for the Tottenham goals & why? - Poll of the Day (6th Oct)
Gudmundsson could have done almost anything else on the second and it would have been fine. Pascal might have been able to bail him out but I'm sure it was surprising to see things unfold the way they did. Don't like laying blame. They have both been very strong this campaign and deserve support not ...

Re: How much do you rate our transfer activity? - Poll of the Day (2nd Sept)
Very hard to say at this point. Without question we've expanded our squad- bringing in ten men and swapping Solomon for Jack. Verdict is not in on whether the new boys can play. Not happy about the injuries to Amps and Ao. Those were big. Hoping for a DCL revival or a Nmecha revelation but both seem ...

Late, surprising equalizer:

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 27th May) Should Leeds offer Firpo a new deal
He could prove us wrong but I suspect Firpo would be a liability in the PL where most weeks we'll be parking the bus and defending for our lives. That said having a player walk for nothing really irritates my inner miser. Ideally we would sign and transfer him but I can't see that happening given ...

It's all fine.
If we don't move this window will we go up? I think so.
If we bring in some players will we go up? I think so.
Daniel is just telling the market to stop bringing him keepers lol.

Well I hope everyone is feeling entertained!
Personally I have nothing against a dull two-nil win.

This is the correct interpretation.
Player most dispossessed last season?
Georginio Rutter with 111
And he won the title by a very wide margin. Next closest was Whittaker with 74...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 2nd October) Well earned draw or two points dropped?
Do you think he has a soft spot for Norwich? Nah. I mean, he might, but he didn't go easy on the Canaries last season. Sunderland are top of the table and a win puts us level. A loss puts us 6 back. Psychologically that would be a blow. We need a draw or better there more than two extra points at ...

I think Farke's substitutions said more about how he views the Sunderland game than anything. He wants to win there more than Norwich.

Re: Summer transfer and squad discussion
The club is taking an unnecessary risk given what left and what's arrived in players and money. If we don't go up this year, with the reduction in parachute payments next, it will be much, much more difficult. This is a do or die season and our business should have reflected that. I don't feel it ...

Re: West Bromwich Albion v Leeds Utd Match Thread
I disagree on train wreck, he inherited a less than ideal situation. It's not a unique one, Burnley lost a key player literally over night and won 5-0 few days later. Sheffield United are in the middle of a takeover drama and have 4 points from 2 games. Coventry have had multiple promotions despite ...

Re: West Bromwich Albion v Leeds Utd Match Thread
The board being clueless and in Awe of Farke is probably what saves him. Remember they told us proudly "he interviewed us" as if he was prime Klopp  You look at the players he had, Georgie, Jimmy and Archie sold for £100+million. Gruev was wanted by Dortmund (per The Athletic). Struijk has had ...

Re: Summer transfer and squad discussion
Or a hate crime…? This is the best way to frame the act. Poor judgement to be sure and worth noting. But at least his target was inanimate. He never harmed anyone. I would not want some of the less considered decisions I made in my late teens to publicly represent the person I am now. And I'm happy ...

C'mon PJ, surely you've been around long enough to know we won't be able to judge this year's side until the window closes. July 8 is very early to be predicting doom. I will allow that I think the pressure to go up this season will be immense because if we're still in the Championship next summer ...

Big, unexpected win for Jesse. It's not happening, but a Canada/Uruguay final would be spicy from a Leeds perspective.
