Re: Foden & Greenwood

First thing that happens is, one, he's called up, and two, he's right there in the press.

Well I blame Southgate for a lot but even I wouldn't suggest Greenwood trying to n*b a couple of girls is down to Suthgate for selecting him for the England Squad.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 17th September) - Wilks rips Leeds apart & Phil Hay gives full transfer update

I'm more concerned about kikos ability than whether he's racist. He contributed to the hull goal by giving them the ball . He played better second half, but he's a backup keeper at best that always prone to error. He played a good quick fizzed pass but the player it went to stood watching as if the...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 17th September) Hay gives full transfer update

Let's get the Kiko thing out of the way first. He was found guilty of using racist language, but not of being a racist. That's an important distinction. He served his sentence, the matter should be closed. That judgement provided by people with access to far, far more information than us have shoul...

Re: Does Hull City defeat reveal an alarming lack of depth in Leeds United’s squad?

It was quite alarming, I have to question who felt any of our current U23s were better than Coyle or Wilks and allowed them to go with a few others remaining and playing last night. Six of our starting 11 could have started against Liverpool. If Douglas had been picked ahead of Dallas, Poveda and A...

Re: Positives/Negatives v Hull (1 of each only please)

Very little in the way of positives, the only real one was that some players got a few minutes under their belts and no one got injured. Negatives - no one shone. We had some players that should want to play premier league football yet none looked any better than their third tier opponents and most ...

Re: Does Hull City defeat reveal an alarming lack of depth in Leeds United’s squad?

The evening didn’t start well, after a poor Kiko Casilla clearance, Leeds United academy graduate Mallik Wilks’s shot deflected into the Spaniards net to give Hull the lead. Whilst Casilla couldn’t do much with the shot, the mistake leading up to it will go down as another black mark following a po...

Probably doesn't want to risk Koch and Struyjk in case Cooper isn't available for the weekend.

Re: Leeds United v Hull City - MATCH THREAD

Cresswell is a natural CB and Bielse seems to like Davis playing there too. Doubt we will see Davis on the right with him being left footed. Casey primarily a DM but we do know that Bielsa likes to expose them to CB roles too.

Re: Leeds United v Hull City - MATCH THREAD

GK Casilla
CB Davis
DMCasey
CBCresswell
LB Douglas
RB Shackelton
CM Bogusz
RW Poveda
LW Alioski
FW Roberts
AM Rodrigo

Guessing Shackleton is right back with Casey DM. The above would be my guess at the formation.

Re: Crysencio Summerville - Welcome

I think Bielsa is trying to convert McKinstry into a ball carrying no.10 in the Saiz mould. Think that is what he would have done with Dan James too and he also tinkered with Jack Clarke in that role last summer but was presumably not impressed.

Re: The Pencil - RUMOUR

Brighton rumoured to be interested in the pencil. Rumour has it that their very own pencil, who they have allowed others to play with is now broken . Their broken pencil has even been rumoured to say his existence on the coast is simply pointless.

Re: The Pencil - RUMOUR

Seems like the pencil is happy staying in the pencil case and doesn't want to move. Shame as in the right hands he could have been capable of producing masterpieces.

Think we need to move on now and we have been linked with a well travelled crayon that has however had a colourful past.

Re: The "Summer" Transfer Window 20/21 season

If Cjay doesn’t want the pencil I’ll have it if it includes postage :) My plan has worked well and I now have a 3 way bidding war for my pencil. As such I am now asking for £1 for it. The pencil is on low wages and despite having had little experience so far of writing and drawing is full of potent...

Re: The "Summer" Transfer Window 20/21 season

We've been quite happy to touch our toes before (JKA, Eddie, Ben White, Costa) why change the habit? Hard to say - for all we know RB may have wanted us to buy JKA outright and we negotitated them down to an initial loan with us only being willing to pay if we got promoted and as such could afford ...

Re: The "Summer" Transfer Window 20/21 season

We need a number 10, why mess about, sell some players and pay the price for De Paul. Will you buy this pencil from me Cjay? I want 50p for it and it doesn't matter if you think it is overpriced as it is a good pencil and I will only accept 50p for it. Just cos a club puts a price on a player doesn...

Re: What hope is there for VAR?

The open to interpretaion is the trouble and that was why I started the piece with the 2 referees giving a different view as they are the ones who are supposedly interpreting this. Now for me Koch cannot keep his arm down by his side if he moves his leg, which he did, to block the ball. Try it yours...

Re: Watch U-23s Tonight

I would have thought that due to the close proximity of the matches that anyone that played is in risk of getting covid from any of the opposition players and as such wouldn't be able to play then on Wednesday as that seemed to be the reason why we sent the U9s B team out in the tinpot trophy last w...

Craig Hope (journalist) the performance of Liverpool right back Trent Alexander-Arnold, who was given the runaround in defence and seldom allowed to run around in attack. What paper does he write for 64? First journalist piece that actually shows a bit of research about Leeds's defensive record and...
