Tough game to rate. A few were poor in 1st half and excellent in the 2nd

Football a fickle game at times and i had written us off. It looked easy for 20m in the second half for Leicester and then the unlikely hero in Roberts comes on and strokes one into the bottom corner like he was down the park. His celebration was also nonchalant like he had been watching Lorimer. Credit to the lads for large parts of that game we were second best but they stuck in there and in the end they deserved it. Leicester are a very good side but wasteful in front of goal.

Meslier 8: One brilliant strong hand to turn one around the post. LC pressed us really well tonight but the lads stuck to their principles.

Gray 7: Lets be honest he was given the runaround at times tonight, that's what quality players do and he will learn more from that game. Listen shoot on target and you just may get lucky... Like a double deflection.

Rodon 8: Their good press caught Joe out a few times and he was loose on a few passes but he also contributes so much at the back in the air and on the deck.

Ampadu 8.5: I thought our captain just about shaded his partner again. He carried the ball forward like Rio tonight. Outstanding.

Firpo 5: I think most of us already know the Championship is where Firpo belongs. A little bit of pressing and he goes to pieces. He ok when we dominate.

Gruev 8: I thought they had the better of us in midfield for the most part tonight but the two lads worked really hard against a good side. Tackled well and passed well for the majority of the game. One lapse that allowed them a breakaway. We are all human.

Kamara 9.5: Outstanding from Glen he was everywhere and he kept hold of the ball really well to create some space for us in midfield. His best performance considering the opposition and the way they overloaded in midfield.

Summerville 6: Came to life late in the game but lc did a good job on keeping him quiet.

Rutter 8: He was having another mare for most of the game. The ball wouldn't stick at all but he just keeps going with that tenacious belief and strength. As always even when it doesn't go so well he's at the heart of most good things we do.

Gnonto 7: Was behind most of the good stuff first half but why didn't he shoot???

Piroe 5: I was disappointed with Piroe again personally. Should have done much better with his Two early chances. His first in the 5th minute.

Roberts : What a cameo to get the Greatest Show On Earth back on track. Calmest player in the stadium stroking that ball home.
James : Did really well coming on James. The free kick going in with a deflection. Possibly Bamford but i haven't watched it back yet.
Bamford : Good to see him back out there. I never thought i would hear my self saying that 6 months ago.

We have seen it so many times over the years... If tha doesn't take thi chances it will come back and bite you on the ass. I don't mind admitting Leicester were the better side because they lost.

Meslier 8 - a couple of excellent saves and commanded the box well
Gray 7 - gets a little extra for the goal, of course, but had a bit of a rough night defensively

Meslier-8 Made a crucial save
Gray-7 . Was given the runaround at times but great maturity.
Rodon-7.5 struggled at times but was physically best of our defence
Ampadu-6.5. Daka had him on toast a bit but grew into the game.
Firpo-5. Poor
Gruev-8 thought he broke the game up well
Kamara-6.5 . Kept the ball well but didn't do much with it, Forshaw like.
Summerville-5 .an off night
Rutter-8.5 . Had a mare at times but stepped up when needed
Gnonto-7.5 . Best player first half but shoot man ffs
Piroe- 5 . Poor, struggled.

Gray 7 - He could not deal with a pacy winger, needs to learn to get in a better postion
