I'd forgotten about this rebel lass....
Anthem is Toyah’s finest hour. A new wave, post punk, pulp sci-fi mix which was so easy to ridicule but nevertheless memorable.
Toyah - Anthem - 64

"Anarcho hippy punks" is the most common phrase I've seen used about them. A lighter, slightly more upbeat sound than a lot of the other anarcho punk stuff that was around at the time. 'Curse' was on Rough Trade. Their first EP was on Crass Records.

Rough Trade & Crass were two respected labels in the late 70s/80s.
