Hoping Kenny gets dropped for this. He really scares me on his walkabouts up the pitch and his positioning for corners is perplexing.
Our defence seems more comfortable with Ashdown in goal.

I would like to see Ashdown have a run in a league game, but mainly because he looks to give the ball short, before pumping it long.

Phil Hay on twitter claims Austin likely to lose his place on Saturday, as he's only due back from Mexico tomorrow. Should be losing his place anyway, he's shite! All praise needless mid-week internationals

Warnock for White; Tonge, Barkley, Green in the centre with Diouf in the hole behind Morrison and Ross

White is not a winger! :whip:

Leave him be at LB, he is playing some good football.

Austin should be dropped for Tonge.

Whilst I agree Aidy's best spot is definitely LB, I cannot see NW leaving he's namesake out again.....so I can see White unfortunately and unluckily being dropped to the bench. The Austin late return is a blessing in disguise, been awful of late so gives us an excuse to ' rest him ' - I think NW will go with this :-

Paddy
Byram, Lee's, Pelts, Warnock
EHD, Green, Barkley, Varney
Morrison, Ross.

Looks quite an attacking line up actually, probably Brown will come in for Varney or even Ross, depending upon he's illness.

I am going on Saturday, alebit in the Wolves end....first game in ages.....£24 which I think is very reasonable price. Hope we get a win, been ages since we done that at Wolves.

Even if White's not at LB I hope he'll be included somewhere. I think he's proved himself enough as a skilled footballer by now.

Really impressed with peltier of late had a solid game against Cardiff!!!
Prefer if we our green on the right and bring Barkley in the middle although would not play Barkley at all now as he is going soon!

As for white he is frigged now he will be on the bench no doubt!!
Wouldn't mind seeing habbibou from the start see what he is made of?!!!

........ashdown

byram...lees...pelts....warnock

green.....barkley...tonge...white

........macca....morrison

subs kenny, pearce, norris, somma, douif, habbibou, varney

Fairly attacking starting 11, get at an out of form wolves team and plenty of attacking options on the bench. Lets play some proper football, get the ball out wide. Green and byram providing energy down the right, warnock n white flying down the left, supply 2 quality strikers with plenty of chances. Our 2 most technically gifted players in the middle of the park. I can only hope!

I agree regarding peltier. Looked much more solid in the last few games. Amazing what happens when players are actually played in their preferred positions.

I fear too for young Aidy as I imagine Colin will play warnock, which is understandable in some ways. Just a shame for White.

I don't think we will see habbibou though, warnock said he was a backup didn't he? I would prefer we started Morison anyway.

I'd go with:

Kenny

Byram Peltier Lees Warnock

Green Brown

EHD Barkley McCormack

Morison

With EHD Barkley and McCormack all dropping back when we don't have the ball as it's a very big pitch at molineux if i remember correctly.
