I’m off to lovely Chester for trials week at the May meeting as per usual. Will watch a few off the wall on Wednesday/Thursday and then go for the Chester Cup on the Friday. £43 for Tatts!! ☹️

Thanks, Az.

You hit the nail on head there, really. I was a long way last so really had nothing to lose by going all in….an easy call to make in the circumstances. Then just a case of fingers crossed and the mercy of Lady Luck.

It’s a far more difficult choice to make if you were in your or Foxy’s position……do you keep to the modest outlay strategy that’s got you to the top in the first place, or do you punt a bit more than you would other weeks….🤔

Thought you would have extracted a bit more schoolboy comedy gold out of that, Foxy.

Something along the lines of Hector lost his action towards the end and dropped back a couple of lengths as a consequence :duno:
