Lifeline or prolonging the agony?

1-1 sees us out of the drop zone with a game to go. Is that a genuine lifeline or just prolonging the agony?


Burnley play Villa on Thursday and Newcastle next Sunday, they are currently a point behind.

Everton play Brentford this afternoon, Palace on Thursday and Arsenal next Sunday. They are currently a point ahead.

A lifeline for sure as the yank would say. Think Burnley will go to Villa to frustrate like v Spurs today. Maybe they draw. They might struggle v Newcastle when the pressure is on. We go in to the last game equal. All to play for. Not over. Yet

May not be enough but its hope and if nothing else it should light a fire under the players if we are still in with a hope for Brentford.
