I get the same feeling looking at that schedule that I did when I first saw the one for last April.
Thankfully we did surprising well then.
For obvious reasons this one will be tougher, and we can expect the the calamity howlers to be in full voice by the time we play Spurs.
Thankfully we should go into the month with a fully rested squad.

Maybe, maybe not, it depends how we play and what results/points we get versus Villa, Everton, Scum and Liverpool. I assume that you expect us to lose, or at least not do well in those games.
If we are still on 22 points by the time we play Spurs then, in my opinion, the “calamity howlers” will have every cause to be “in full voice”!

That has to be the target. If we keep a one point average for our remaining seventeen games then we will be well clear of trouble, and probably be lower mid table.
Without tempting faith, we hopefully will be in a better position from an injury point of view by the time we play Liverpool.

I’d prefer us to rest a lot of players for the Liverpool game similar to meaningless cup games. It’ll likely be a drubbing at anfield so why risk more injuries. We’ve lots of other games to pick up the required points in without that one

Don't forget Liverpool have a EFL Cup Final at the weekend after playing us on the Wednesday.
