Re: Album of 1974 - Nominate Now!
'Heart Like a Wheel' by Linda Ronstadt for me
Not a country music fan by any stretch but I don't mind if it gets a little twangy from time to time. This record was the soundtrack to my childhood so it's a nostalgia nomination. Heard it all over the place when it came out and in the years that followed. Still sounds tight today.
Special shout out to 'Not Fragile' by BTO. Had a hard time choosing between the two.

Re: Album of 1974 - Andrew, Azkal, BB, Billie to Nominate!
I’m still trying to decide between Queen 2 , Bad Company , DD , Journey to the Centre of the Earth and Natty Dread .
Think I’ll go with Natty Dread . Thanks ‘64 .
