Just switched the England Scotland game on....
Re: 2019 Women's World Cup
Without sounding sexist it's embarrassing how these women can put the ball in the net with ease whilst Leeds players missed so many goal-scoring opportunities
Re: 2019 Women's World Cup
England just get the victory
2-1
2-1

Re: 2019 Women's World Cup
No problem with women's football as long as I don't have to watch it .
I saw about 30secoinds of France v Korea and that was enough certainly won't be watching anymore

Local bar here in Illinois ran a promotion giving away free shots for every USA goal vs. Thailand.
Lot of very inebriated football fans. Uber did quite well.

To be honest I haven't seen much women's football of late until this World Cup. Like you Bally I always felt feminine football was a bit lukewarm however the game now appears more pacier, physical & has players with plenty of technical ability certainly at this levelBally wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2019 10:29 pm The standards that poor I doubt they would and all these people who rave about women's football where's the figures that back it up?

Marta starts v Australia this evening & puts Brazil ahead from the penalty spot. Cristiane made it 2-0 with another fine header to score her fourth goal in the tournament. Aussies pull one back in added-on-time before the interval.
Marta's fitness obviously a problem as she is withdrawn at half-time
