Is it just me??

Post by hector »

But everywhere I look on News Now site
Noel Whelan has an awful lot of crap to spout about how the club needs this and that...

Does anyone else think he should just shut his gob and leave the management to their jobs??

Doing my bloody head in he is.......
Hopelessly lost.................. But making good time

Very likely the case. To hear some fans quote him though you'd think he was some amazing insightful guy instead of simply another ex player that hasn't done anything managerially yet knows tactics inside out. WHen he starts sl*gging off players that aren't good enough for Leeds well definitely a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
I love leeds united, may I never admit to it. :shhh:

That said I prefer the BBC Leeds commentary to the LUFC one.

Ex-footballers in the media enjoy being controversial, the reason I don't listen to Talksport & I tend to ignore Noel Whelan

I enjoy him on the radio, comes across as a fan which is great.

Couldn't care about what ex-pros write in the papers though, mostly rubbish. If their views on it were any good they would be coaching.

Punditry and opinion-spouting is mich easier than actually managing a team. Ask Neville & Shearer.
