Very underrated album imo, and apparently Nick Mason's favourite
One of my favourite Floyd albums Sara

Looking forward to seeing him again with Saucerful of Secrets on Wednesday. They played 'If' last time I saw them
I'm also going to have to listen to ummagumma. I haven't for years but Granchester Meadows for the fly is worth it
Really enjoy this thread as you revisit things not played for years.
Definitely recommend seeing Saucerful of Secrets if you get the chance. Nothing tribute bandy about it, they play the early stuff with real energy and passion, and breathe new life into the music. It's one of those gigs where you know every note, but probably haven't seen much of it live before.
The gig didn't disappoint. Saw them at Cambridge Corn Exchange, where Floyd last played 50 years ago!
The sound was amazing; all the psychedelic weird stuff was totally immersive, and it's surprising how contemporary it sounds when heard at gig volume. The opening tracks from Obscured By Clouds could have been Death In Vegas at Glastonbury.
Pleased to see they were using the original gear too - Hiwatt heads on WEM cabs.
