Re: Today's Games
Ipswich still shaky at the back, but so are Hull.
Still fancy Hull to win this

I seem to remember you saying we’d win the leagueWhite Riot wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2024 7:54 pm Ipswich still shaky at the back, but so are Hull.

Well, that didn't last long
Another goal from outside the box, as opposed constantly trying to walk the ball into the net.

Well after all these years you should’ve factored that in.White Riot wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2024 7:57 pm Yes, I did
And we should have
But Farke and the players have since shown that they are a bunch of bottling useless twats

Re: Today's Games
Both fragile at the back Leon.
More goals to come and Hull can still win this.
Lose it and no play offs for them and we'll be staying down as Ipswich will woof Huddersfield.
Re: Today's Games
Ipswich aren't going to mess up tonight. They look well up for it, unlike us last night.
The two week break seems to have helped them. A win for them tonight pretty much confirms our place in the play offs against either West Brom or Norwich

Is it possible for Ipswich to fade on a smaller scale, say just in the second half?

Even when Ipswich have stalled recently it hasn’t been to our level so no I don’t believe they will.AcrossThePondAsh wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2024 8:02 pm Is it possible for Ipswich to fade on a smaller scale, say just in the second half?

It was a horror show. The sort of game where you could turn off after 35 minutes and know the result.White Riot wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2024 8:01 pm Well I'm an eternal optimist until reality surfaces Jay and it sure did turn up last night.

Oh yeah, they were leading at Cardiff recently and then conceded two late on and lost the match.AcrossThePondAsh wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2024 8:02 pm Is it possible for Ipswich to fade on a smaller scale, say just in the second half?
Hull needs to win or they will not make the playoffs.
Game on.
Ipswich will be nervous as hell in the last twenty minutes

The seriousness of your answer, which such a softball style set-up from me for you to be able wax poetically about "fading," shows just how much damage last night's performance did to you

Ipswich are not good enough defensively to sit back, same as us.
