Firpo - starting to look classy 😲
Summerville - he’s starting to frustrate the hell out of me at the same time
Meslier - made two good saves
Gruev - did his job title - DM
Geo - mainly for first half performance
Gnonto - I’d start him based on his cameo tonight

The most defining moment in that game was Ampadu’s positioning to cut out Clarke’s cross when it was probably going to be a tap in for whoever was waiting - might have been Bellingham.

No one has him above Firpo, who let’s be honest went to ground and did not get the ball which was not a penalty by mere inches. Whether he touched the player is not the issue. If you go to ground and don’t win the ball you are asking for trouble. THAT IS BASIC defending, anyone who has played the game will know this.

Very difficult to distinguish who was MotM as no one stood out. I will give it to Mes because he did what he needed to do to keep a clean sheet, even though the saves were pretty routine.

Gnonto as he was the most likely to get a goal or assist.

I'll have to watch this bore-fest to decide on my MOTM six.

In my mind, I have Summerville as my No.1 maybe Firpo, we'll see......
