Bobby Madley did not have a good game imo, first goal a mile offside and not given
Various heavy tackles on Leeds players went without punishment. 2 Reds at least.
Its a wonder we only had one injury

No problems with the referee for me and if close offside calls are wrong there's not much he can do about that. Could have given their No' 5 a second yellow but decided on a final warning instead.

Not perfect but a very solid 6/10.

I give him 5/10
Sometimes it looked like the game got away from him it was that rapid, his assistants didn't help either as they couldn't keep up with the frantic pace, and they only cover one half each
Was happy to book United players and let Ipshit go, getting used to this sort of no consistency thing.

Very hard to rate the ref because the coverage missed important pieces. Was their first goal offside? Looked like it, but we never got to see an appropriate replay to judge, so maybe it was a perfectly timed run.

Sorry mc my stream was so hit and miss that I missed substantially more than half the match, so it wouldn’t be fair to judge him on that. I’ve seen the highlights and am still convinced that their 1st goal was offside. Their other two goals were scored well after play should have been concluded i.e. minutes into added time on top of injury time. So on those points alone, very much a homer, I suspect, but, in fairness, I’m unable to assess the rest of his performance.

It's like getting blood out of stone with some of our fans, Mental. I feel your disillusionment :(

More than four of the MOT crew must have seen the match as there is plenty of discussion on the match day & breakfast debate threads, also the full match is on LUTV's website for god's sake

I'll stick with it but not for too long, you can't really get a decent assessment (well our bias one anyway ;-) ) with very little voters to average from.

Wasn't gonna do one for the cup after shrewsbury game, although not many had chance to see that one, at least for league games there are streams so 4 voters is poor, very poor considering the post match debate.

Seemed to do a good job today. The only real complaint I have is there was only four minutes of second half stoppage time and he blew the whistle at 4:10 even though there was a good deal of time wasting during the extra time.

7.

No real complaints to be fair, other than the lack of punishment for time wasting. I thought he also got the Gnonto penalty appeal spot on.

5/10
Bannan got away with a shockingly cyclical and dangerous tackle on Summerville (I think?) when running through in the first half without a hint of a yellow card, while Gnonto picked up a very soft card around the same time. Those inconsistencies are really annoying, and we seldom benefit from them.

We had a decent penalty claim when their CB brought Gnonto down in the box in the second half. Brought him down without ever touching the ball once rounded. It looks like it will have to be GBH before we win one.

Didn’t allow enough time at the end of either half.
