Which team will Larry start with v the Saints ?

Lonergan

Connolly O'Brien Kisnorbo O'Dea

Snoddy Brown Clayton Gradel

Howson

McCormack

Unless we make anymore signings before Saturday, i reckon he will start with the above eleven

and low & behold, it looks a bloody good side... Kept all our attacking players and have added Kisnorbo, O'Dea, Lonergan, Brown....

We have some serious Mongrel in our team now...

When you add Snoddy and Connolly to the list, you seriously wouldnt want to mess with us..

Can't Believe we're here already!

That looks a class team. Nunez will be a super sub this season i feel, 65th minute guy.

What a team though! Cmon LEEDS! :-D

Hearing O'Brien may be a doubt?
If so - back four of Conno - Kis - O'Dea - Parker

GREAT we have other options at CD than Bruce or Bromby. Though SG may start on of them and use O'Dea as LB?
We now have good defensive options with this new signing, I'm happy to say!

It's that sense of anticipation as the game and the start of the season draws closer by the hour. A mixture of excitement and nerves. Agree that it looks a good team. It's the backup that worries me, but it is bound to be another season of ups and downs, so bring it on and COME ON LEEDS!!!!!

still looks weak at left back, again I'm not a fan of CB's playing full back because "they can". Still hopeful of a left back before the close and till then "O'Dei" will do..and I'm not that impressed with Mac up front on his own

getting there, I guess

The Saints have won 9 consecutive games at home

& won the last 6 home & away

Leeds have won 2 of their last 6 away games

Leeds have lost 3 of the last 4 games at St Mary's losing 1-0, 1-0, 2-1. The only saving grace when we looked doomed was the magnificent 3-4 comeback victory

Ancient history now. Tomorrow is a new start and why can't we stop it being 10 in a row at St Mary's. That team looks to be so solid when you see it written down and I would argue against BP starting as I think we need mobility throughout the team, but especially in midfield/attack.

Really looking forward to KO.

History maybe & yes consecutive winning runs are eventually broken

I remember thinking three points were on the cards when Sunderland & Everton visited ER in the hazy days of the premiership as neither had beaten us on our turf for forty or fifty years, mindst i think someone like Peter Reid or a manager of that era was managing us at the time

A young Rooney first goal for Everton at ER that sealed our fate i seem to recall !

How wrong could i be :(

Saints haven't done too well pre-season though. They are certainly conceding goals. Last game they drew 2-2 with Yeovil:
