(As a complete non-racing aside, I once met Stuart Adamson of Big Country (and beforehand the Skids) at Munich Airport in 1978 or 79, when returning from a school exchange trip to Germany. He'd been on an Austrian music show with Dave Vanian/Rat Scabies of the Damned (my mate was a massive Damned fan so was well chuffed and got an album he'd bought out in Germany signed) and Lemmy/Fast Eddie of Motorhead who we also met. Bizzarely, there was also Rocky Sharpe & The Replays....but strangely enough no-one seemed to be wanting an autograph from them .....Rama Langa Ding Dong )
