I'm relieved to see no calls for BmD's head over this. Not yet anyway....

Before the Christmas period we were singing his name in the shower, and yes, we've had some horrendous results in the last few weeks, but the proof in the pudding will be what he can do to get us out of this rut. I really rate Brian as a manager at this level so let's slow those thundering hearts a little and see what happens.
It's far from time to press the panic buttons yet.

Exactly. Probably be youtube footage of our players dancing on tables in a nightclub somewhere tonight  Not in the slightest bit bothered. :bear:
I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.

I reckon McDermott has three games at the most to put things right

Three more dismal defeats & he'll be out of the door !

this is my opinion, I honestly think that the Leeds United Managers job is the most difficult in the game. Supporters expect to win games and see decent football, the club is massive in terms of fans fan base and commercial enterprise. The club is still in the top 10 in terms of size in the uk. I think any manager would struggle with this job and i think it will take someone who is bigger than Leeds united to make a success of this club. i think brian is over awned by the club and i think hes suited to smaller teams. Its a job for someone with a big ego and big personality who is used to managing high expectation. Only a manager who has managed a big club could be a success at Leeds and their isnt many who would and could come. I do like Brian i really do i buy into his positive ethos but i just think its too much of a big job for him.

I don't rate him, didn't want him but he should be given until the end of the season, unless we go into free fall, then things will need to be changed sharpish.

He knows, the squad he has there is only 5 players that are Championship level and a few other young ones might be, but not at this moment in time.

Hope so as well to be fair it`s going be a long road ,but only 3 [more] points. But it is performances lately that are not acceptable so back to basics it is .Worringly the basic pass the ball and move seem`s to be a major problem for brian`s boys.
As they say you`ll get found out when you don`t do the basics correctly.

Typical manager's spiel as were his words after the Spotland fiasco

Nice bloke but needs to behave more ruthless if he wishes to remain at ER
