Re: 49ers

failing franchise, should struggle this year. I've been watching sky sports today visiting all the NFL grounds. Was waiting for the 49 ers! Went to San Francisco in 1982 and fell totally in love with the place hence my support for the 49ers...loved the romantic sound of candlestick park, but I know...

Re: Josh warrington

Wasn't it just great when Josh was introduced and he stood there lights flashing, audience cheering to the sound of 'Marching on Together' being played over the tannoy, and the crowd singing it throughout the contest? Great performance Josh, you've done yourself and Leeds very proud

Re: Josh warrington

Love the fact that the boxer from St Helens got a load of boos when introduced... Might be something to do with the fact that he's a big St Helens fan and they beat the Rhinos last night... :(

Re: Most Prized possession or Souvenir

I think its the yellow no 4 away shirt that Batts and Vinnie wore during our promotion season ('89/90?) Vinnie gave it to the then groundsman Trevor who 'gave' it to me. (He also tried to offload a pair of Sheff Wed shorts I reckon must have been left hanging around. I declined the shorts! )

Re: Our signings this summer with comments from Uwe

Thanks 64 for the players full update. It was especially nice to read what Uwe had to say and he made a lot of sense with his comments. I think we have a really decent squad now, players who actually want to play for Leeds United. For me, our best signing is Chris Wood. I love a big lumbering strike...

Re: Can we get 30,000 v Brentford ? Predictions Please

Our away support is fantastic, the home attendances are good but not great. Derby have 30k+ most weeks, just under that figure on Saturday even though the match was on the telly - Time to support our new young team No excuses this time especially as many of our fans haven't been to one game yet :sh...

Re: Had a free ticket for the......

It was a fantastic game to watch, I loved the strip that Leeds played in, reminded me of a Leeds United scarf :-) What a team the Rhinos are. Let's hope they can go on and win the other two trophies now. Its always great to hear 'Marching on together' sung and played at Wembley...(think the only tim...
