Re: Wembley Tickets

Leeds have been allocated 35,796 tickets and assuming Southampton have been given the same that leaves approx 18,400 EFL & hospitality tickets. There's bound to be quite a few of those changing hands as ridiculous prices. I was interested in the numbers. Thanks. It is quite incredible how many ...

What’s that Newmarket meeting all about?
3.45 start. Hybrid day/evening meeting.
Strange one. All seven races shown live on ITV4

Interesting theory, Cat.
The only theory for number 1 doing well would be in handicaps where the top weight by definition is the best horse in the race. Other than that it’s pure chance.
Also of course number 1 is always in a race whereas say number 12 isn’t.

Re: Wembley Tickets

It’s scandalous how these tickets end up on such sites, it really is. Enjoy your trip mate, and see you there 👍 Be very careful with those sites if he’s coming all that way. Was reading about forward selling when these companies don’t even have the tickets. They find the buyer then try and find the...

Re: Your Pint of choice this evening

No, wouldn’t say a session……..but a nice sunny May afternoon/evening (notwithstanding the short downpour earlier) does lend itself to a couple/few beers :) :beers: ……moved onto a ‘Glog’ from the Trefforest Brewery, up by Pontypridd (Trefforest’s real claim to fame is that it is the home of, Tom Jon...

No idea why they filter beer.

Re: Golf Thread

So Schefflers usual caddie has gone home for his daughter’s graduation and the PGA tour chaplain takes up bag duties for round 3. What a bizarre tournament for Scottie Dog.
And his court hearing on Tuesday. If he wins this it has to be one of the greatest achievements in golf. Ever.

Re: Golf Thread

Really bad day for Rory yesterday. So many of the contenders went low and if you look at who is now in front of him, he will need two stonking rounds to stand any chance. No chance Rory now. The course was made for him yesterday. Very disappointing. Great leaderboard though. But Scheffler must be s...
