Re: Wembley Tickets
Apparently it's a good idea to get into the ground as soon as you can as it's usually chaotic in the last hour before KO.

Re: Southampton pre match chat
Precisely this ^ We must have confidence in our own ability and attacking players to better theirs, they are our strength. Yes we will undoubtedly concede, but must go with the attitude 'we'll score more than you' Sorry to disagree but it seems to me our season has been built on clean sheets and no...

Re: Southampton pre match chat
Both times we've played them I think we've really struggled in midfield and they've found ways to always have a spare man which caused us lots of problems. They went back 3 2nd game and 4-3-3 1st. In both games it was the slickness of the passing but central overloads that we didn't cope with. Eith...

Re: Norwich Forum : In The Stadium Last Night.
Certainly was right up there with one of the best atmosperes ever and after the early goal there wasn't any nerves from the crowd so it just got better.

Re: Who do we want
Southampton are clearly a better team than WBA but at the end of the day it will be down to us to turn up on the day and beat whichever team stands in our way.
We finished 3rd and we can do it.

Re: Leeds v Norwich 2nd leg - Post Match Discussion
Just back from the game and tonight was complete and utter vindication for Farke and his style of football. The team were able to take the heat out the game when necessary whilst exerting total control. That ability to calm things down is something we've worked hard all season to perfect and tonight...

Re: Norwich 2nd leg pre match chat
And me too. You might remember my concern in January that Rutter was the one player we couldn't afford to lose through injury as he's irreplacable and absolutely vital to how we play as an attacking force. Unfortunately we've now lost him to loss of form instead which is even worse as it's li...

Re: Norwich Away - Post Match Thread
Where’s all this stuff come from about the crowd on Thursday ?. Yes, of course, it will be edgy but I can guarantee we will be right behind the players, the noise will be deafening and if the players can’t be lifted by it then nothing will get them going. Sorry but some fans are not right behind pa...

Re: Norwich Away - Post Match Thread
I think they'd appreciate a possession based gameplan with signs of a threat. Do that and it'll be fine. Playing 750 passes that barely pass the halfway line is when people will get nervous and frustrated. Imo harnessing the crowd at Elland Road is vital, you have to give them things to cheer for t...

Re: Norwich Away - Post Match Thread
We definitely haven't gone for the win plenty of times this season, we've plodded and almost bored the fans to death plenty of times. Besides we were 2nd in the final 10 games two or three times and just needed wins vs teams we should beat (Watford and Sunderland for example). I don't think we can ...

Re: Loan Watch
The saddest thing about that statement is I agree. I didn’t realise that until it was just pointed out to me here. I used to have heroes, when I was younger. Then I had role models as I grew older. Then I had players I greatly admired and didn’t think we could do without. Now it’s all a bit meh. Su...

Re: Norwich pre match chat
As others have stated it's 100% correct that we don't need to force anything and having 180 mins to win the tie should work in our favour.
Patience will hopefully see us prosper.

Re: Loan Watch
nor do I want to see any of the possible returnees in a Leeds United shirt ever again :) That was my view also when everyone was jumpring ship after the conclusion of last season. However my stance has mellowed mainly due to the fact that loyalty doesn't really exist in football and we'll see that ...

Re: Loan Watch
Rodon might have found his level in the Championship and could probably do a decent job in the lower half of the PL as well. Would still love to sign him on a permanent basis unless Llorente is returning for next season in which case we'd be unable to afford both.

Re: Loan Watch
Llorente is quality as is Koch, though his loan sees him out of contract this season. Better than Rodon is a toss up though, different type of CB's. The former a cultured on the ball CB and the latter a blood and guts old fashioned CB, though for some reason he appears to have given up blocking sho...

Re: Loan Watch
Some fans would rather languish in the Championship than utilize players that are already ours it would seem.
Difficult to persuade Roca, Harrison and Wober to come back and stay but the three mentioned above should be doable.

Re: Loan Watch
More than likely most of them. Some of them if not all have loan clauses anyway so they can just run contracts down through loans. Genius strategy. Llorente is a far better centre half than Rodon and Kristensen is better than Gray/Roberts at right back. Just my opinion of course. Oh and Aaronson is...

Re: Southampton post match discussion
I think (you probably disagree) but I think DF has very much started to feel the pressure of our club now. It's broken more experienced and proven managers than DF before. Farke is not broken though...not yet at least. An honourable Wembley defeat would be seen as an acceptable first season by most...
