Glasgow Rangers

Post by mentalcase »

I know not everyone will give a shite, but some will, like myself, I take an interest in Rangers and with the recent sacking of the manager,
they are now being linked (possibly lazy journalism again) with lampard and wilder.
Just how has it come to this ?

Muscat would be a grape appointment.
Ipswich fans won’t be happy to see their man in the list.

Would suit a manager either with a lot to prove whose reputation is on the slide like Graham Potter or even dear Jesse Marsch.

Would also suit a manager looking to show themselves on a bigger level like Muscat, Knutsen and Jansen.

It's basically a guarenteed 60% win percentage and a trophy or two a season.

If Steve Davis is as good at football as he is at snooker, that would be a great appointment.

The next manager needs to bring success quickly, i dont think they can afford to take a chance on anyone that has little experience. Love Steven Davis but dont want him in that position for too long, keep in in the coaching staff if he isn't going to play again, but not as a manager, for a while at least. Not sure if he even has the right coaching badges to take charge of them in Europe, could be wrong though.

They really need to make the right choice this time, it's not easy nor guaranteed, but they need to think deeply on this one, get some stability back.

Thought Beale was decent but I don’t follow Rangers tbh.
Maybe him & Slippy need each other.

I'm going to throw Kieran McKenna's name into the hat for the crack. Altho is Rangers a step down from Ipswich these days in terms of budget.

Kjetil Knutsen becoming the fans favourite. 33% voting for him on the bear pit. Harry Potter 20%

its not about hating Rangers or hating Celtic. You're born to one or the other. If you're born to one, you never need mention the other. Its pointless.

If you're not born to either, you don't count. You're a hanger-on.
