Barcelona are showing interest.

Is the European transfer window still open?

The Champions League starts this week, presumably rested for that game :duno:

Could well be the reason for his omission, Kev

I’m starting a whip-round to cover Jack Harrison’s next month wage as Everton describe themselves as virtually insolvent. Come on guys, give generously, Christmas is coming.

Highs & lows

Newcastle hit the blunts for 8, eight different scorers, too.

Citeh cruised past Forest, even without the red-carded Rodri for the second-half

The excellent Mitoma coming on as a sub, grabs a brace for the seagulls as they see off the cherries. Bournemouth mad five subs in the second-half, as Sinisterra was left with splinters in his backside.

Gooners not got off to a flyer, as they did last season.

Scousers won five consecutive games to take them into second place.

Trillionaires lose at home to Villa & sit 14th in the table.

Downers
Both Scum & Everton win

Newcastle winger Harvey Barnes has had a scan on a "substantial" foot injury and could be out for "months rather than weeks", says boss Eddie Howe.

The 25-year-old signed in the summer for £38m limped off after 12 minutes of Sunday's 8-0 thrashing of Sheffield United.

Andros Townsend says he broke down in tears after a free transfer move to Burnley collapsed over the summer

The former England winger had agreed terms after a successful trial but the Clarets withdrew the offer as they did not want to stifle the development of some of their younger players.

He is still a free agent after leaving Everton last season.

Didn't know where to put this but caused quite a stir on social media this.

I rated Deeney in his prime but this is an exceptional take from him

Victim FC are off again.

What exactly do they want? Escalation my bum.

It happened, other teams have got screwed before (us) Villa literally stayed up because of a goal that shouldn't have stood.

It happens.

Deal with it.

Couldn’t give two shits about Liverpool but they have a point. They can’t escalate anything as it’s too late, no idea wtf they are on about there.
A multi billion pound sport that couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery.
I’m just glad it wasn’t Everton, I’d have been bloody livid tbh 😆

Yeah it was poor but they aren't the first team to suffer from a bad error.

Releasing a statement whinging

Since the first sending off was before the incident I'd tell them they can replay the match from the sending off with 10 men if they want :)

😁What would you expect from moaning scousers. Their sense of entitlement is bigger than Klopps teeth.
And Klopps reaction to seeing it 😆
But seriously football is a joke. They couldn’t officiate a children's tea party.

The people that are making these awful decisions just seem to be making a bigger hole for themselves week after week. Its understandable if bad decisions are made at the time when something happens, its part and parcel of the game, some you get, some you don`t. But for there to be VAR and then Var back up and still get it wrong is just not acceptable., given the technology they have.

I think there are 7 adults involved in VAR, including 2 assistants to the herbert who gets the first decision wrong
