Paco Gallardo- Gone
Former Sevilla midfielder and youth and reserve coach joining the club apparently.
Pretty grim record as a manager there winning only 35.95% of his games.
Will be working across the youth teams and with the first team primarily to prepare the youth players for transition through age groups.
Not keen myself.
Orta giving his mate a job basically.
He did the same at Boro.

Had a similar job at Sevilla.
Not particularly impressive but what does that matter

Get shut the lot of Ortas shite, and start afresh, the sooner the better, starting with Firpo.

Re: Paco Gallardo- Gone
I think we do need to clear out all the age group, developmental staff. It may be that there are 1 or 2 that are decent and we'd be throwing the baby out with the bathwater but the stagnation of our youth players in recent years is unacceptable. It was understandable, to a large degree, when we were picking up cast offs and paying the likes of £50k but when we have been spending reasonable fees we should have been seeing more players looking first team ready. It is staggering that PErkins has gone from the odd game for West Ham's first team to not getting a look in for us, similar with Drameh and others.
