The things that used to come out of your mouth......
I like your new signature - perhaps could have used C*** instead although we may have then thought you were Cjay or one of the other C***s on the board.

Re: Mateo Joseph
Leeds trying to keep him according to YEP reports today. Betis bid far below Leeds valuation. Either Leeds are playing it for more money or they want to keep him around for the immediate future.

Re: Mateo Joseph
if he was not good enough last season he is not good enough for this season. Try and get £10m for him

Re: Mateo Joseph
are there many players not good enough for the championship out there worth £10m?
You dont think young players can improve their skills?

Last season was his "break out" and he could not score. LUFC reportedly turn down £10M + from Spain in January

Can’t Picture This at all but One Way or Another CJay will be going into Rapture Dreaming about this Joseph deal going Atomic. It would be good if you could grace us with your Presence Dear Cjay but it’s a Long Time since you’ve been Living in the Real World.
Will Anything Happen ? unlikely as all the English Boys on the Island of Lost Souls either Fade Away & Radiate or Die Young & Stay Pretty.
Football is 90% mental, the other half is physical.

Re: Mateo Joseph
Very disappointing attitude. Would have expected him to be chomping at the bit and trying to take every opportunity to impress. Hardly like he should be burnt out given his limited involvement last season.
As a manager I would be expecting to see him back in great shape, chomping at the bit and determined to make the most of any opportunity for minutes he gets.

Re: Mateo Joseph
I am not convinced that he didn’t feel ready, could be a similar situation to Bamford, but to protect value the club are not going to say he is surplus to requirements.
I hope we keep him and send him out on loan with a guarantee of minutes. Then we will subsequently know if he has a long term future at the club.
