Loan Watch

Post by The Subhuman »

I don't think we have a loan watch thread here, I did a quick search but nothing came up

With a number of talented youngsters going out on loan we could need a thread to follow their progress

Right now

Tyler Roberts at QPR
Charlie Cresswell at Millwall

Probable loans coming soon

Jamie Shackleton (Millwall or Reading?)
Ian Poveda

Charlie Cresswell could make his first appearance today at 1pm for Millwall v Palace which will be a nice test for him.

Charlie got on second half and scored in a 5-4 defeat, which doesn't sound great for either defence tbf but early days and he scored. No highlights yet

Is that Charlie letting Edouard putting in the cross for the winner?

This is a great idea, faaip, especially this season where we have a few lads out on loan who we think have a chance of making it.

Fraid so but good work by the winger. Think it very easy to put blame on defenders sometimes.

With Nohan Kennah and Liam McCarron both moving on, the U23's will have a different look about them this season. Opportunity for some of the U18's to step up.

What's happening with Jack Jenkins? He's at the age where he needs real football now. He's got 45 mins of men's football at the age of 20.

He'll probably leave on a free transfer when his contract expires.

That seems to be the standard way of doing things with young prospects at Leeds.
