Its a Webber portable BBQ.
has vents x2 bottom and top ,open bottom vent next to fuel ,open top vent above fish at the other side so smoke goes horizontal and over fish .
Do not add wood above the coals or the fish until the coals are white or fish tastes awful ,i use gorse wood from the caravan sites .
They are lovely for breakfast with crusty bread .

If I can get some mackie from the fish van tomorrow I’ll light up the smoker

Late apple harvest and on the apple stalk are the vestiges of two small apples that never developed. I find that interesting. It weighed 220 grams by the way and was without spot or blemish.
