Liverpool signing Luis Diaz. Hopefully that ends their interest in Raph, while also allowing Minamino on loan.

Aaronson seems to be over, can’t see him joining now or in the summer if he has a few good champ league performances he will catch others eye.
Rodrigo should be let go if we get a decent offer, even a loan to get his wages off the bill.
Saw we were interested in minamino, he can play attacking midfield so could be a decent loan option but for some unintelligible reason an approach for him would depend on whether Summerville goes out on loan.

Well since we aren't signing anyone, Shack should be getting a run of games in midfield. No excuses for why not, his energy in getting up and down the pitch would be perfect.

Lets look at the facts.
We are light in midfield and up front, will little money to spend.
Can anyone think of a better signing than Nketiah - 10m
Even if we sell him in the Summer, his value is not going to go down!

I don't think you need to worry tbh, be amazed if he was here next season.SG90 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 28, 2022 12:18 pm That's why this needs to be his final season. We can't be going into another PL season (if we stay up) with Cooper, Ayling, Dallas, Harrison, Forshaw, Klich, Roberts, Rodrigo as regulars. If Bielsa stands in the way, then it's adios for me. He shouldn't be dictating everything, when he's only happy to stay for a season.
Do agree though.
If Bielsa wont let us do the significant squad changes in the summer then he would need to go, this squad will go down next season if it doesn't this.

We'll be re-signing Jack Sheet once again, no real surprise as it's the usual formula and spin. As for Shackleton, I'm not the greatest fan tbh, rarely makes an impact when he does play.

How can we line up Anderson or anyone else for the summer. We’re not guaranteed to be in the pl and likely won’t know either way for another three months. Cracking game with Brazil last night. It had everything. Raphinha very poor in all honesty

Probably going to state the obvious here, but, if we did sign Nketiah, where would he get his game time, ahead of Bamford, no chance, ahead of Gelhardt, why like, so, that leaves another on the bench, we have others not getting enough game time, why waste £10 million of cash we don't have.Ellandback1 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 28, 2022 1:56 pm Lets look at the facts.
