My every transfer is a lottery line was echoing Wilko, Kenny.
Its is just a sad reality not a defence of Orta.
I take your point Ian, but jeez some of this guys are beyond belief and only go to highlight his lack of judgement, i know he has some sort of high tech abacus thingymebob which throws out players, but ffs go and watch them live, because i could easily go and watch them and just say ' I don't know how your computer jobbie threw that one out coz he's utter garbage leave him well alone'
Whereas this dick goes and pays £20m+ for them.
Not dependent on Google, the www or 'stats' - Just a guy that puts his eyes to full use on the beautiful game
Not sure who you are alluding to with those numbers Ken.
Rod and James?
Not the worst players, both Internationals, overpriced indeed but hardly rubbish either.
Expect them both to have a Stellar season under Ted and we can applaud Ortas prophetic instincts in bringing them in well ahead of time.
New season, new brush and all that.
' "Football is about the people and the players,” he said. “Then there are those who will mingle in the middle: the coaches, executives and journalists. That last group represents the worst part about football" Marcelo Bielsa
Just watched the Extended Highlights vs Leicester. They looked terrific.
Leicester look in disarray right now. But they also make our performance against Brighton look pretty decent.
Everyone has been saying that Brighton has no attack. But they were great in this game. MacAllister scored a great free kick and almost had a highlight reel hat trick. He scored a screamer from outside the box that was disallowed for an earlier offside.
They lost some really good players in Cucurella, Bissouma, and Maupay - Who brought in more money than the biggest 3 players we sold. But they continue to improve yet again.
Fees Received: $125 million
Fees Spent: $52 million
I think we need to stop referring to the Leicester model and start talking about the Brighton model
“I think my model is Brighton, which has built their project over time and has finally achieved its goal,” Radrizzani told The Times.
He's had them all
Brighton, Bournemouth, Leicester, Wolves.
I'll take the Brighton model out of that lot. But it all depends on finding a guy like Graham Potter. Maybe that's what they had in mind when they went for Heckingbotton.

We couid have a little bet (well not abet really but you get the drift )on who it might be....
I'm going with Scott Parker
Sportsman’s bet. I believe Brighton knew this was coming and they already had a shortlist.
Such an open market. Marcelo 20/1
I’ll go with Cooper. He won’t be worried about buggering off. Done it before
