Can't believe how this boring outfit are & still in the top 8 of the PL.

Only scored 46 goals in 36 games the lowest of the top eleven teams by a long chalk

Remember Everton were top after starting this season well with Calvert-Lewin knocking in goals for fun.

Would love to finish above the toffees, we certainly deserve to finish higher than Everton.

They have Wolves and City left. A bit depends on what eleven Guardiola fields.

For us, we should get our 6 points.

According to The Athletic Everton will look to speak to.

Ajax boss Erik Ten Hag (just signed a new contract ).

Belgium boss Roberto Martinez (who Everton sacked).

Rafa Benitez (who plays extraordinarily dull football).

Steven Gerrard (who will secure Everton's position as LiverpoolLite when he immediately leaves them when Klopp goes).

Paolo Foncesca (just sacked by Roma and replaced by Jose).

Police are investigating this banner which was left at the wrong house (the suspicion is it is meant for Rafa Benitez who lives nearby).

Taken this far to far now, they may not want him as manager but leaving a threatening message near his home where his wife and daughters live.

Shameful.

I strongly suspect the banner was nicked and left there by accident after it was realised it wasn't a hubcap.

Sadly typical of the Liverpool area.

I really don't know why Everton fans would be getting upset, Rafa has done pretty well everywhere he has been and it is hardly like Everton are some amazing team that are 'better' than him.

Tributes have been paid to former Everton midfielder Jimmy Gabriel, who has died aged 80.

Gabriel played 303 times for the Toffees, winning a league title and the FA Cup with the club in the 1960s.

The Scotland international started his career with hometown club Dundee and played more than 220 games for Southampton after leaving Everton.

"He always gave his all and is truly one of the club's greats," said Everton chairman Bill Kenwright.

Everton are closing in on 3 rather odd deals.

Asmir Begovic.
Demauri Grey.
Andros Townsend

Hardly screams ambition?

They are all cheap however and may end up being good value.

Would be disappointed if Leeds were looking to sign those type of players.
