Re: Leicester Thread
Decent on loan at Fulham last season
Re: Leicester Thread
Foxes concede a two goal lead in the 2-2 Europa League match.
Re: Leicester Thread
A brace for Vardy after he had scored at the wrong end.
Cracking goal from Burney's new signing Cornet, didn't take him long to settle at his club!
Thank god Chris Wood's late effort was ruled offside

Re: Leicester Thread
"The only thing that brings hope is that they are underachieving as much as we are this season."
"As a chronic IBS sufferer there's more chance of me having a clean s**t than us getting a clean sheet so yet again we'll have to score at least twice.
Leeds 3-1 Leicester"
"Leeds fan at work is expecting us to wallop them atm. Says they are awful and Raphinia is the only positive.
I told him to look forwards to 3 points, at least they are basically a championship team with a few quality players.
Were littered with proven talent and playing like weve never seen a football pitch before"
"Don't we normally lose before an international break (apart from the last one) so that we have two weeks to stew on it"
"After a tough slog like tonight, and a majority of our starting XI playing the full 90, Leeds are one of the worst sides we could play in terms of high energy, getting in your face, pressing. Hopefully we can pick them apart like we did last season because they are pretty makeshift at the moment and looked awful against Norwich! Must not give them the first or an early goal, AGAIN. Sick of saying this every week"
"These are very beatable but I've no faith in us to take advantage"
"They've been playing shite this season and aren't the same as they were last season.
They should be there for the taking. The only thing that worries me is their energy and frantic style. Every player will be all over the place, sometimes in a good way. Their fitness over our (current) style might favour them.
In terms of quality, we should be winning this.
Each and every player needs to put a shift in regardless of what position"
"Who knows what will happen. Whatever happens we will make it as easy for Leeds as possible to score goals"
"3-1 Leeds. The rut continues"
"Excited to go Elland Road but quite nervous as they'll attack us, Defensively I don't really rate them, so I think we'll score, but it's whether we score more than them"
"We are so inconsistent, but they’re vulnerable at the back. Can see it being quite an exciting game"
"No reason to be confident. We should win, but we should have already won so many more games. We might sneak a draw but realistically Leeds 2-1 Leicester"
"Doesn't matter what team we put out if the hunger and desire is missing again. Could be a collective confidence thing but we can't continue with this passivity. We have Wilf and Evans fit again now, no more excuses"

Christ Roberts beats that in the 15 minutes he plays every game ...
Roberts better than Vardy ...

Many comments about how delighted they are that they didn't sign Dan James and how poor his end product is.1964white wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 10:08 pm Leicester fans unhappy

Re: Leicester Thread
Leicester are again likely to be without many of their first-team squad because of Covid or other illnesses.
Seven players missed the trip to Napoli with sickness, but manager Brendan Rodgers will not ask for Sunday's match to be postponed unless the outbreak reaches an "absolutely critical stage".
Youri Tielemans and Ryan Bertrand could feature after both returned from injury in Thursday's defeat.
Newcastle defender Fabian Schar should be available despite a rib problem.
Ryan Fraser is expected to overcome a hamstring issue and Ciaran Clark has completed a suspension, but manager Eddie Howe says the Magpies are managing "a couple of knocks and niggles"

Re: Leicester Thread - Foxes Snare Liverpool
Well done Kasper Schmeichel & his depleted troops
Re: Leicester Thread
Limbs in the Spurs end as substitute Bergwijn scored two injury-time goals in the 95th & 97th minute to snarl the foxes,
Beat Newcastle & we'll be on equal points with Brendan Rodgers team
How good would that be?

Foxes fans
"Pinched that"
"We were dire in that second half. Youri Tielemans perfomance summed us up in that game. IE complete w**k.
Kasper, Soy and Amartey were all great though, and those 3 plus Barnes one moment of quality bagged us the points. Lucky win though!"
"Marsch is a very good manager and that was a very spirited performance - Leeds will be fine under him"
"Christ... that was awful"
"Wasn't pretty and probably underserved but another 3 points on the board which is the most important aspect.
However, we need to be better than that as we were rubbish"
"If Leeds had a competent attack in front of goal we'd have lost"
"Horrible to watch, but 3 points is 3 points. Lucky to come away without conceding. Imagine wanting to replace Kasper. He’s achieved divine status"
"Not a great game, we were scrappy, but at least we got the win against a limited but now better organised Leeds team"
"Tough at the bottom, you lose games even when you're on top"
"Leeds are so much better than Burnley. They don’t deserve to go down. Hope they stay up"
"We were fortunate. We were unfortunate against Wolves and West Ham. Going forward, that is as poor as we have been for a while. Our terrible defence, not all of whom are defenders, have suddenly kept two clean sheets. I don't really get this game"

Re: Leicester Thread - Foxes fans says it all!
They were dire both halves, they just didn't turn up. Probably the easiest game we had all season, no threat, little movement, passing all over the place and their workrate was poor. KS kept them in that game, and KS alone
We win that had we stayed with man marking at least for that game.

The man-marking system was a total disaster, mate.faaip wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 9:29 am They were dire both halves, they just didn't turn up. Leicester were poor because they weren't allowed to play through our three lines of walls.
If not for Kasper S & had we been a bit more clinical in front of goal, we'd have won that game.
