Unfortunately they have a flaky Everton team to play first so that may allow them steady the ship even with Mason in charge.
They are an average, confidence based team. If we could play a decent first half against them, for a change, we could turn the crowd on them like Man U did. A point or three there would be a serious bonus.

They should've sold Kane in the summer. He's downed tools and will cost a lot less next year. Of course the media have been silent on their golden boy.

We're seeing the exact same at Leeds.

Manager takes club to heights not seen in almost 2 decades, fans start demanding more, and as soon as things get a little tricky people start criticising the manager.

No we're not. Fans are rightly showing concerns about relegation. Spurs fans moan about playing in Europe every season and think they should be challenging for the title. If we were 11th or something, there'd be no concerns.

Well didnt expect this.

Clearly Conte has suffered a bang on the head recently.

Must be mad to do into that club atm.

Nuno was a joke appointment, aside from the style of play going against the style the Spurs fans want.

He failed at Valencia he failed at Porto and he was handed a top 10 Premier league squad to get promoted and then got top 10 in the Prem, was ok but hardly earth shattering.

His teams though were awful to watch, Wolves put me to sleep at times.

I can't believe Conte would take it. Spurs despite the stadium are nothing special imo. They were a decent cup team back in the day. Its a big mentality change, too big imo.

Not sure Conte will work.

He likes to spend cash (has a Jose vibe).

Never really understood the clamour to appoint Nuno in the first place , Spurs job was a big leap up from Wolves . I'm sure he'll pick another job pretty soon the managerial merry-go-round is always spinning and these types always seem to pick up jobs , Cardiff are looking for a new manager aren't they ? :duno:

I am surprised personally. Although 12 million a year may have swung it for him.
