I must admit I’ve begun to enjoy more alcoholic beers if they’re balanced. Leffe Blonde for example. But 10.5, can that ever be balanced?

Nothing better than a good Guinness, nothing worse than a bad Guinness.

But here at Cardiff HQ I’ve gone for the Camerons ‘Strongarm’ option.

😋 Got a taste for this when we stayed up in a cottage in Hutton-le-Hole, in the North York Moors for a week, years ago and it was on tap in the pub in the village.

Can't drink Strongarm unless you have it banked!

I know, I'll have 4 or 5 then go back to the 10% beauties , at least I manage to get some sleep for a few hours later.

Looks very Zen, …….a cup of Chai and a candle ☯️

Best of luck tomorrow, MC….🏃‍♂️

Will be a walk in the park for you, without that heavy backpack of yesteryear

Enjoy those post-race refreshments 🍻 😀

Im all for a nice head on a pint of beer, but whoever pulled that pint needs sacking. Looks like there was still some fairy liquid still in the glass after it was washed. :)

Paulaner, German beer served in France. Disappointed by the choice of beers here but the wine makes up for it. Needs must.
