That makes no sense at all. What I’m saying is that criticism and hate are not the same thing. I’m contending that it is you who is equating the definitions of the two words, whereas their actual meanings are totally different. So no, I wouldn’t tell my son or daughter that I hate them to imply criticism. But judging by your use of the phrase “Bielsa haters” when really you mean critics of Bielsa, you might.

And ultimately you are arguing that all those posters on this forum, who have been (quite rightly in my opinion) critical of Marcelo Bielsa’s management this last season, are of the same mind as one poster on this forum who has used the word “hate” once, and probably didn’t really mean it.

Even the Leeds fans who are Marcelo’s severest critics, I’m sure, don’t “hate” him. How could anyone? He’s such a nice, intelligent and humble gentleman who has worked wonders for this club. But last season was poor by anybody’s standards and that has led some fans to be disappointed, to criticise his management, even to call for his sacking but that doesn’t mean they “hate” him.
