He's mint and I'd pay twice for him. Not just his ability as a defender, but his personality, leadership skills and mastery of the dark arts.

Can't criticise him for someone breaking his foot.

He's absolute mint Fish and one we could've done with tbh, a 100% pro.

A Citeh mate of mine, knew him from youth and was gutted to see him leave them.

Dark arts huh  , I shudder to think.

Saudi Arabia have performed the biggest mass execution in modern history with 81 people being put to death in 1 day!!!!!!

Eddie Howe is the face of a government run Saudi group, maybe he would like to comment?

Newcastle could finish in 9th position this season.

Their Brazilian defensive midfielder Bruno Guimarães has been inspirational for the barcodes, three goals in eleven games & once again their MOTM vs Palace last night.

Europe beckons for them come the end of the 2022/23 season.

I remember having a kick about at my school on a Sunday and Anthony Shandran rocked up for the first time. We all knew he was in the school team for the year below, but it was only when you were playing alongside him that you realised how good he was. Compared to the rest of us, he was Maradona. The pace, the technique, the vision. Different gravy.

That's what it's like when I see Trippier and Bruno play. They're different gravy. If we can get 1 or 2 different gravy players a window... well I'll be a happy little Geordie.

Bruno is a class player, wish we could recruit a player like that.

We don't do transfer windows generally, not very well

Possibly a massive exodus in the summer, :( do you fancy signing any of our players, Fish?

Phillips I like but worry that his hamstring injury will have a lasting impact on his efficacy in that role and of course he'd cost a fortune. Which is fine, but if, as reported, we're looking at around £90m per window, I'd worry about spending half of that budget on one player.

That Gelhardt has something about him whenever I've watched him.

Where next for Leeds United? You confident of survival, will you kick on in the summer or will 22/23 be about consolidation?

Young Joe is a smashing prospect, I have no doubt he'll play his best football at another club.

I'm very concerned about our immediate future & beyond, tbh.

Right, lads, a jokes a joke but f**king pack it in now eh? You've got to finish above the blue scousers and Burnley, right? f**k it, one of them, just finish above one of them. That's all I, and the rest of the right-thinking world wants. None of this relegation nonsense. That's not what was supposed to happen this season. I've read the early draft and it was; tight race for the title, Norwich and Watford down, and Everton collapsing like a flan on the backseat of a knackered Corsa on a hot day.

Sort your s**t out.

That’s the problem. Too much s**t to sort out. A lifetime of s**t tbh.
The best signing you lot had was Howe by a country mile. For me anyway. One of my Mrs old friends is the mother of Purches, one of Howe’s minions. Not sure what he does tbh, shakes players hands and stuff at the end of a game I think.

I see Greg Norman has described the NUFC owners decision to murder and dismember a journalist as a mistake!

Wouldn't be surprised in the slightest though if Phillips ended up at the Toon this summer.
You'd probably get him for 25 to 30M if our previous dealings have anything to go by.
Though Orta would probably do a straight swap for Chris Wood

It's a shame to see him bought off so thoroughly, and to see players like Shane Lowry sign up. They can't need the money...

I love Pro golf. Watched and played (badly) for years. The greed of the modern golf player is shocking Mountain tbh.
Mickelson once complained about the stringent tax laws in California until a journalist pointed out his annual tax bill is more than a 100 people earn in their lifetime. And another very successful wealthy pro (forget who) said I can’t turn down the opportunity to make my family secure. What! His career earnings top 20 million. Pure greed.
