Yes, fair play in the end won convincingly enough.......surprised by quite how much, as some other crackers in 1979.

But it is a fantastic album and no.1 in my list

It's a cracker Cat & although I realise some on here are not keen on The Clash I knew there were plenty of votes in the bag for LC. There must have been at least four sets of the top votes from our players whom nominated another album.

Pixies - Doolittle
Nirvana - Bleach
as well as other great albums by De La Soul, Bob Mould, Wedding Present, New Model Army, Swans, Lemonheads etc etc........

However, I'm going for:

Might have to go for Thunder And Consolation if no one else chooses it.

Also thinking of Einstürzende Neubaten, Neil Young, Nine Inch Nails, RHCP, Blue Nile...
