In reality all Leeds goals are excellent but I'm not sure Bamford 'anticipated' Van Dijks mistake but he did what he had to do.
The other two were stunning though.

Hearing a bit about the handball. Not sure of rule. We have Lee Dixon and Graeme Le Saux commenting in US - both defenders and neutrals - they both thought it was a penalty

I loved that move. Great pass from KP. But Harrison had a lot to do

Full credit to Bamford. He had a similar chance just before it and could have done better. After Rodrigo came on and had a hard time getting into the game, it really shows how much Bamford has to offer

rodrigo was poor for the pen but lets face it, hard to judge as we were pretty much backs to the wall defending since we scored the equaliser

Me too. I really like the guy, but if Liam is out for four weeks as suggested he might struggle to get back in, even before we sign the wunderkind Gvardiol if it goes through.

Perhaps no bad thing as his hands-on approach at set pieces worries me greatly.

Having said that, and in spite of the undeniable statistic that we conceded two penalties, our players looked like they were very conscious of the VAR implication round the box.

A learning curve for all, but we have announced our arrival this afternoon in no uncertain terms, and a lot of sides will be more concerned about us than they were previously.

Indeed, not sure what he could've possibly done on the attack at that point.

You’re probably right, but Bamford did what all good strikers do, made sure he was in the right place on the off-chance van Dijk screwed up, and he still had a lot to do to avoid a recovery and beat Allison.

Credit where it’s due.

Pleased for Bamford. Hopefully scoring at Anfield will do wonders for his confidence.

Klich MOTM for me. He was everywhere. And what a goal!!

If we can play like that every week then I think we’ll be just fine this season!

Proud of that effort tonight. We went toe to toe with one of the best sides the league has seen. As has been mentioned with a defence with so little time together. Fight and great attitude shown. Add cooper and a three more players and we’re going to do pretty well this year

I think we knew Klich was a premier league player a while ago. From the time Christiansen didn't want him and sent him out on loan. He looks the complete package. Bielsa said in his press conference, "defends like Phillips and attacks like Hernandez"

Just wow! It’s such a strange feeling when we’ve achieved more than expected and yet feel disappointed.

I was on the Gvardiol bandwagon last week. Not sure we need him now. Strujik covers Cooper, Ayling covers Koch. And we've got 4 options at left back.

I think it just comes down to the system, creating movement and space. That was the difference between Bamford and why Rodrigo barely got a touch. Don't get me wrong, Rodrigo is class and will have a great role to play. But I think he's a a few games away from taking Bamford's spot

An 88th minute penalty for Liverpool. Quelle surprise.

It looks like Bielsa really wants him though, and I’d be happy with a bit more depth at the back.

It might not be long before Cooper covers Struijk either - Liam might become the fall-back for both positions.

I thought Gvardiol didn't wanna come?
