Wonder how much Arsenal would ask for for you now who.

Angus Kinnear should be banned from talking in public about the club.

"Not dicking about with the playoffs"

"Transfers at an advanced stage" (just before Bielsa arrived it took a month or so before anyone arrived).

Or the latest one.

"Getting our business done early".

He more then Orta and even maybe Radz is a pr disaster.

Needs to keep his mouth shut because saying things like those only come back to bite you

They are trying to be fair. Highlighted a number of targets most of us think could do a job and have put in bids of serious money.

20million is a serious gamble on a player
And add in wages it crucial that the right
Player comes in and scores goals . I sincerely hope that Victor Orta gets this one 100% right. It is in a way going to be the most crucial transfer in the clubs recent history if not in its overall history because it has so much riding on a successful outcome, if it goes wrong no promotion and no more Bielsa. To me it’s a make or break move. Please please get it right Victor. MOT.

I just had this image of Yosser Hughes wandering around everywhere.

But instead of “ Giz a job, I could do that” it was “sign for us, I’ll pay you💰

I think I need a break.,

Whoever comes in I hope he has the finishing skills that we are looking for, has the aggression that this league demands and proved to be the catalyst to drive us to promotion.

He's just another spin doctor puppet, the usual spin to deflect and appease the masses.

If we don't bring in a striker, then mr obstinate, should unleash Edmondson.

Business means getting players out as well as in and in fairness they have done well at getting some players out. It all helps as it can bring in some fees and also reduce wages - all can contribute towards paying the loan fee and wages of any incoming player.

Che Adams still not a dead deal, S'ton Owner/Chairman may look at the deal over the weekend and my guess is he'd like to recoup his losses and move on if he can..Who normally wins, manager or owner/board?

Southampton manager getting pished off with Leeds.

Southampton boss on Sky when asked about Leeds having a third bid rejected for Che Adams: Yes but he is important to the team, he hasn’t played much but I’ve made it clear to him he is important and has a future here, there is no option he isn’t available. I trust every player I’m not letting anybody go.

Well at least he doesn't have far to fall when he's hacked down. Just hope he can hit the ground running !

He should be getting pissed off with his owner, looks like he's the one still considering the sale and while he is we're entitled to keep pushing it..

If I was Southampton getting rid, I'd want an obligation to buy regardless of Leeds getting promoted. Just saying.
