2023-24 Season Predictions

Hello

I’m an Ipswich Town fan who writes a blog about the EFL. I’ve written a predictions/preview article ahead of the Championship season. It’s quite long winded so I’ve split it into two parts.

How are you feeling about the season ahead? As an outsider, I think the quality is there but I'm concerned it might be a slow start with the squad not entirely suited to what Farke wants to do yet. If he's given time I have no doubt he'll be a success and win promotion, whether that's this year or next.

Predictions are always bound to cause disagreement, and there are a few potentially unpopular shouts in there, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless. If so, I’d really appreciate any subscriptions to the blog – it’s free! Most of the articles are deep dives into individual clubs rather than pieces like this but I like to mix things up from time to time.
