Newcastle's heaviest defeat of the season, prior to the 3-0 loss at Villa, the Geordies had conceded only four goals in their five consecutive victories.

Ooof, that was a shellacking. Worst performance of the season by a mile. Not a single player in Black and White were anything like on par.

Good news is that we've enough points in the bank, and the rest of the mini league are dropping points as well. Spurs losing was huge.

Still fancy us to get into the CL because of our games in hand and our overall performance.

That was better.

Couldn't stop laughing for most of the first half. Spurs fans slinking out after 20 minutes, home fans breaking out the Oles after 30 minutes. Never seen a game like it.

Newcastle scored 13 goals in the last three victories with five goals coming from Callam Wilson.

That should guarantee a few hangings in Riyadh this week, as the world looks at Callum Wilson scoring goals and wonders if he'll play in the CL.

As a Newcastle fan

My humble opinion is you only need one win. Everton will win their last game against Bournemouth, but get no points against Brighton, Wolves and City.

Thing is I don't know where you'll get that win. Could you get something from the Newcastle game, of course, but you'll have to have a very fit side as Newcastle will go for 90 mins +, and are a very fit side.

As for Allardyce, never has so much money been given to someone so utterly fckng mediocre at best. Fat Sam in a no lose situation. He's very very lucky being paid what he is / has been for his " skillset ". I obviously hope we can beat you, but would like to see you survive.

Hilariously true! But we have absolutely nothing (by that I mean everything) to lose! Desperate calls call for desperate measures...

I think you're pretty much guaranteed Champions League football next season so if you could let us win, that would be great.

As a Newcastle fan I'm fuming at your players

Post by Spotty »

I have just watched the video of that little lad - glasses in his little strip - trying to attract the attention of your players and being ignored. This is NOT a dig at Leeds fans or Club. I tell you I make no apology for saying I have felt like crying for that little boy. All he wants is an autograph and photo and an arm around him from one of his heroes.

If it was Toon players acting like that I'd feel the same. Credit to Leeds fans who like me, feel anger and disgust at their behaviour towards this little boy. I'm genuinely upset, how much effort is needed for these players to give this little fella a little bit of their time.

I'm really upset and fuming. This little boy needs to be give the VIP treatment from the Club and the players given a right fckng dressing down. League position or not, shame on these selfish f*****s. Fuming

I've posted about it and don't feel embarrassed been close to tears. Honestly Phil, Im fckn disgusted how that little fella is being ignored by the team. He's just a kid fcks sake, his much effort is needed. Sorry about the rant bud, I'm so fckn angry and upset by it

So, like the media, you didn't know about the 7 or 8 players that high-fived the kid and stood with him for photo's and autographs. This came from the kids own father!

What's with all the comments from Newcastle fans?
Maybe their owners are going to buy us out and use us as a feeder club to develop the players/cook the books.

I think it's good football fans from other clubs converse with one another. I've often chatted with rival fans travelling to away games. Many of my friends support other clubs, so it's not an issue for me.

Think the point is a Newcastle fan taking the moral high ground when he has no right to while also judging players of another club without much in the way of truth getting in the way
