Gelhardt must be rubbing his hands in anticipation of being on the bench if there is a fair wind, a bag of used tenners in the managers office, and a sudden sickness bug that takes out a dozen first team players.
Poor lad will probably pick up an injury the day before as he trips over one of the several benches he’s been forced to sit on.
Still waiting to see Gelhardt with Raphinha alongside him, much accurate test of his ability than playing in a weakened cup team.
You only have to witness our opening goal v Brentford, to Roberts credit he got into the six yard box for the pass/cross, something Rodrigo, James & Harrison rarely manage to do when tried upfront as a striker
Tbh, Joe could be waiting all day for a cross from Dan & Jack (who endeavours to beat the same defender three times)

Dead right BG, you only have to look at faaip’s list for proof. This is the 9th time in a row we have been drawn away from home and 6 of those have been in and around London!
The BBC not showing the draw doesn’t surprise me at all, anything that can be remotely construed as a British tradition is anathema to the Bolshevik Broadcasting Corporation these days.
Oh well, can I be the first to say “it’s not so bad we can now concentrate on the league”?
Why does the BBC have to broadcast the draw?
It was on ITV4 prior to the Boreham Wood v St. Albans 2nd round game.
Moyes will have bigger fish to fry won't he in trying to get the hammers into Europe. And we will have small fry trying to avoid relegation. I am going heads.
Their injury list is increasing by the week which will be good news for both games.
Their best centre backs are out for a while.
Ogbonna. The season.
Zouma 6-12 weeks.
Bamford WILL be happy!

Ask ChilliD he brought it up!
At the time I was searching channels for the draw fully expecting the BBC to broadcast it. I completely forgot that ITV have the FA Cup rights this season and didn't look on ITV4.

Only us horse racing fans keep an eye on ITV4 schedules.
ITV obviously don't consider the FA Cup seriously enough to show the draw on their main channel.
I actually watched it live on BBC iplayer online, crazy isn't it
